Defense Mechanisms

When Ben was yelling at Yasmin, he was using the defense mechanisms of regression.  Ben called her "ghetto trash" and other names too.  I feel that younger people call each other names, and when you grow up it should stop.  But when Ben got angry and was being yelled at, he resorted to name calling to fight back.  This defense mechanism hurt Ben because it made a lot of his tribe members mad at him, especially Jaison because he was offended by the things Ben said to Yasmin.  Ben ended up getting voted off on the last episode, and I feel that it was because he was immature in the way he handled not only the situation with Yasmin, but with Jaison as well.
